4.1.3循环寿命Cycling Life
在环境温度20±5℃的条件下,以0.5CA先恒流充电至上限电压,再恒压充电至充电电流≤20mA;搁置0.5h后以0.5CA放电至2.75V,放电结束后搁置0.5-1h后进行下一个循环,直至连续两次放电时间小于72min,则认为寿命终止.

Under the ambient temperature of 20±5℃,charge with a constant circuit of0.5CA to upper limit voltage, then charge with constant voltage till the circuit is no more than 20mA; lay the battery aside for 0.5 hour, then discharge with 0.5CA till the end voltage is 2.75V; lay the battery aside for 0.5-1 hour before next cycle; when the discharge time of the consecutive discharge is both lower than 72 minutes, the cycle life is over.

4.1.4荷电保持能力

Capacity Holding

按6.1充电,在温度20±5℃的环境下放置28天,然后以0.2CA放电至2.75V,电池放电容量≥90%标称容量.

Charge according to 6.1, lay the battery aside for 28 days in the ambient temperature of 20±5℃,then discharge with0.2CA till the end voltage 2.75V appears, the capacity given out should be no less than 90% of the rated capacity.

4.1.5存贮Storage

 

自生产日期到测试日期不足3个月的电池按6.1充电方式充入40%-50%的容量,然后在环境温度20±5℃,相对湿度45%-85%的环境中存贮12个月,存贮期满后按6.1充满电,0.2CA放电至2.75V.

As for the battery life less than 3 months, charge into 40-50% of the rated capacity according to 6.1, then store for 12 months under a condition of ambient temperature of 20±5℃and 45%-85% RH; after storage, charge according to 6.1, then discharge with0.2CA till the end voltage is 2.75V.
放电时间Discharge Time≥4h.
