“铝合金移印UV油墨”详细介绍
一、性能及用途：
欧莱斯系列-油墨采用高级合成树脂作连结料，配合高级颜料及助剂设制而成。可印刷五金金属制品，玻璃陶瓷材质。欧莱斯MPN油墨具有优良的附着力及良好的抗化学性，可应用于PP水杯、涂料桶、啤酒周转箱、电瓶壳、安全帽、钙塑箱等PP制品。
二、常规性能提示：
光泽
亮光。
适印材质
处理或未处理之硬质PP。丙烯酸烤漆面，处理之PE、PBT等材质
油墨外观
浓浆状。
印刷面积
350目单丝PET丝网，75°刮刀，每公斤油墨可印刷60m2左右。
干燥时间
常温(25℃)干燥，表干10-20分钟，实干24-48小时。
重金属指标
铅、汞含量指标达到欧洲EN-71及日本ST标准。
耐酒精性
浸有酒精的棉球，200克压力≥100次。
